Engineered for the demands of off-road racing, the Rugged Radios OS20 helmet combines a proprietary Carbon-Kevlar tri-weave composite shell with a 20-degree offset fresh air hose inlet that channels cooling air while deflecting dirt. The fire-retardant Kevlar chinstrap with locking dual D-ring design and a 0.125-inch clear shield with three-position detent ensure safety and visibility. Handcrafted in the USA, this wired helmet is SNELL 2020 certified and weighs just 4.5 pounds.

The Gray Matter fire-resistant liner with variable-density core and removable cheek pads allows a customizable fit, while the extended chin foil reduces lift and buffeting at high speeds. Designed for use with the Rugged Radios Helmet Kit, the OS20 delivers reliable communication and comfort for the most extreme motorsport environments.

Warranty

Radios, Intercoms & Headsets are covered by a three (3) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. All other Rugged Radios branded products carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty during the applicable period, the product will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or improper operation of the device, including use in conjunction with equipment that is electronically or mechanically incompatible with, or of inferior quality to, the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer.
