Engineered for high-noise environments, the Rugged Radios OS20 carbon fiber helmet enhances driver comfort and reduces fatigue during extended UTV rides or racing sessions. Its lightweight construction and advanced airflow system keep you cool, while the wide eye port provides exceptional peripheral vision. The aerodynamic wicker bill design minimizes helmet lift at high speeds, and the fire-retardant Kevlar chinstrap with locking D-ring adds critical safety.

Built with a left-positioned air inlet for maximum overhead clearance in tight cockpits, the helmet directs cool air onto the visor to reduce fogging. Removable cheek pads with optional thickness variations allow a customized fit, and the Nomex-covered eye port gasket offers superior dust protection.

Warranty

Radios, Intercoms & Headsets are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. All other Rugged Radios branded products carry a one-year warranty.

In the event that a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the applicable period, the product will be repaired or replaced.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or improper operation of the device, including use in conjunction with equipment that is electronically or mechanically incompatible with, or of inferior quality to, the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer.
