Engineered for off-road, circle track, and kart racing, the Pyrotect Midair helmet features a unique mid-air inlet that directs airflow to clear fog and dust while providing extra headroom for safety. The elevated inlet also prevents air from hitting the front-facing microphone, ensuring clearer communication. This SA2025-rated helmet is vacuum bagged and autoclave cured for a lightweight yet durable composite shell.

Wired with the Rugged Radios Alpha Audio Helmet Kit and a 3.5mm earbud jack, it includes a fire-retardant Nomex interior, a Kevlar chinstrap, and a removable six-pad liner system for easy cleaning and resizing. The .125 polycarbonate shield with tear-off posts and rubber eye port seal offers a large eye port for greater visibility.

Warranty

Radios, Intercoms & Headsets are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. All other Rugged Radios branded products carry a one-year warranty.

In the event that a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the applicable period, the product will be repaired or replaced.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or improper operation of the device, including use in conjunction with equipment that is electronically or mechanically incompatible with, or of inferior quality to, the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer.
